Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Update

The Redondo Beach real estate market had another solid month in September with 65 total home sales (Single Family Residence, Condominium, Townhouse) at a market median price of $650,000. Total home sales were down slightly from August’s total of 71 but the median price rose slightly from August’s $630,000 price point.

Measuring year over year statistics points to the consistency of the Redondo Beach real estate market. In September 2011 there were 61 total sales at a median price of $650,000.

South Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Update

A total of 25 homes sales (Single Family Residence, Condominium, Townhouse) were recorded for South Redondo Beach in the month of June.

The area defined as South Redondo Beach North of Torrance Blvd. lead the pack with 11 sales with an average sale price of $770,900 and a median price of $840,000. This compares favorably to 2011 when there 10 sales North of Torrance Blvd. at an average price of $757,538 and a median price of $757,940.

This also compares favorably to May of this year.

South Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Update April 2012

April saw a combined total of 25 completed home sales in the three areas (West of PCH,  South of Torrance Blvd. and North of Torrance Blvd.) the make up the South Redondo Beach real estate market. The area West of PCH led the pack with 12 homes sales.

The area North of Torrance had the highest average sale price at $625,000.
